Manager Certification Training and Exam Georgia Cooperative Extension provides the nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe? training for foodservice managers from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). Upon successful completion of the ServSafe? examination, the ServSafe? Food Protection Manager certificate will be issued by the NRAEF. Feb 5 ServSafe Manager's Level, One Day Class and Exam - Coweta County ServSafe Manger's Level class will be offered at the Coweta County Extension Office on Feb.5. There will be a 5 hour review class followed by the test at 3pm. Refreshments are provided and a one hour lunch break is allowed as well.
