What is Poultry Judging?

Poultry Judging is an opportunity for youth to learn about poultry and egg industry standards.? Youth learn about live chickens, eggs, and ready-to-eat chicken food products.? Team members learn how to evaluate poultry and eggs for their readiness for market, then compete against other 4-H teams from across the state of Georgia.
