海角官方首页 Extension in Colquitt County offers educational programs in the areas of horticulture, agriculture, food safety, nutrition, and leadership and citizenship for our youth and community.?

海角官方首页 Extension operates through a unique partnership with Colquitt County, the University of Georgia, the State of Georgia, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is backed by specialists and a network of resources.? Extension agents have been on the job in Georgia since 1914.

  • Feb 4 One-Day ServSafe? Manager Certification Training and Exam Georgia Cooperative Extension provides the nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe? training for foodservice managers from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). Upon successful completion of the ServSafe? examination, the ServSafe? Food Protection Manager certificate will be issued by the NRAEF. Workshops are offered in multiple locations throughout the state; see each training's contact for details.

  • Feb 5 ServSafe Manager's Level, One Day Class and Exam - Coweta County ServSafe Manger's Level class will be offered at the Coweta County Extension Office on Feb.5. There will be a 5 hour review class followed by the test at 3pm. Refreshments are provided and a one hour lunch break is allowed as well.
