GA DNR (Georgia Department of Natural Resources) ?

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources Coastal Resources Disvision is located in Brunswick, GA.?? Find resources for recreational salwater fishing, commercial fishing, artificial reefs & marine habitat, coastal boating, coastal management, marsh & shore permits, and much more.

CISMA - (Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area)

The Coastal Georgia Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CoGA CISMA) was established in March 2012 to work across Federal, State, Local, and private lands for invasive species management in Camden, Glynn, McIntosh, Liberty, Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Long, Wayne, Brantley & Charlton counties. The CoGA CISMA is the first geographically based CISMA formed in Georgia. By focusing on the ecologically significant coastal landscape, CoGA CISMA strives to manage invasive species more effectively and increase early detection and rapid response efforts.

USDA - (U.S. Department of Agriculture) Resources for Farmers

The USDA Farm Service Agency offers a variety of programs and resources to farmers and ranchers including disaster assistance programs, conservation programs, loan programs, outreach & education, and much more.? This is the agency who can help small farmers acquire a farm & tract number.

NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service) Resources

NRCS provides science-based technology to aid conservation planning that benefits the soil, water, air, plants, and animals for productive lands and healthy ecosystems. No matter the size of your farm or ranch, NRCS offers assistance with conservation planning and installing practices that are specific to your natural resource needs and business goals.From simple management systems, such as planting cover crops, to complex structural practices, such as animal waste management systems or innovative irrigation devices, NRCS has a conservation solution.
